RAYMOND DAVIS AN AMIRICAN CITIZEN CASE

On 27-01-2011, Raymond Davis killed two Pakistani young boys at Qurtaba Chowk, Ferozepur Road,Lahore with his pistol and then third Pakistani was expired due to an accident with the Land Cruiser of American Consulate driven by the driver and others to save Raymond Davis. FIR’s No. 47/2011 and 48/2011 were registered at Police Station Lyton Road, Lahore Under Section 302-PPC.(Murder).Mr Barack Obama president United State of America addressed that Raymond Davis (culprit) has Diplomat immunity Pakistan’s Agencies should released him. The undersigned had prosecuted him.

 

STAE VS. HIJRAT ULLAH

(A Terrorist Attack on Police Training Center Manawan, Lahore) On 30-03-2009, some terrorist launched a terrorist attack at above mentioned place in which so many Police officers and Officials were murder beside the injured persons. One Hijrat Uilah terrorist was arrested red handed by the Police with explosive material. Special judge, Anti-Terrorism Court No.l, Lahore convicted and punished him for Ten Years in which explosive material was recovered from him while in the main case acquitted him by granting benefit of doubt. Appeals against acquittal and for enhancement of conviction have been filed by undersigned as Deputy Prosecutor General, in the Lahore High Court, Lahore in which the notices had been issued in the name of respondent (culprits).

STATE VS. MULVI SHABBIR HASHMI

Intelligence source has informed that on January, 2007 Syed Shabbir Ahmed Hashmi, President MMA, District Kasur while addressing Tahaffaz Hadood Ullah Convention held at Kasur used highly derogatory language against ,the President of Pakistan Mr. Pervaiz Mushraf and Prime Minister of Pakistan Mr. Shoukat Aziz and case Under Section Anti Terrorism Act. 1997 was registered against him.

STATE VS. DR. AHMED JAVED KHAWAJA Etc.

(AL-QAEEDA SUSPECT) The accused sheltered to the members and their families of Al-Qaeeda organization belonging to Al-Jazzier and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The police raided at the House of the accused, encounter took place. (FIR No. 412/2002 dated 19-12-2002 at Police Station Manawan , Lahore). The jail trial was conducted by the Special Judge of Anti Terrorism Court No-II, Lahore which was prosecuted by the undersigned.

STATE VS. MALIK IZHAR AWAN Etc.

On 01-09-2005, derogatory words were flashed regarding the en- lightining policy of President of Pakistan Mr. Pervaiz Mushraf in the “Daily Khabrian” dated 01-09-2005. The case was registered against the two accused namely Malik Izhar Awan Etc. at the instance of Azeem Nazir Executive Auditor Raznama Khabrian, but the undersigned refused to submit the report u/s 173 CrPc against the accused in the Anti-Terrorism Court, Lahore for the reasons that there is no provision in Anti-terrorism Act. 1997, if any accused used the derogatory word against the Head of the State would be trial in Anti-terrorism Court.

FIVE AMERICAN CONVICTS, SARGODHA, PAKISTAN

On 25-06-2010, learned Special Judge, Anti-Terrorism Court, Sargodha convicted and punished Five Americans nationals accused namely UMAR FAROOQ, WAQAR HASSAN, AMAN HASSAN YAMEER, RAMI ZAM ZAM and AHMED ABDULLAH. As the accused had come to Pakistan for suicidal attack on Pakistan’s Atomic Installation. The undersigned prosecuted them. The appeal for enhancement of punishment has also been filed in the Lahore High Court, Lahore in which notices to the respondents have been issued.

SIALKOT LYNCHING CASE

On 15-08-2010, two real brothers were killed in a wanton, reckless, merciless and brutal manner on the road by the culprits. It is pertinent to mention here that this case is being highlighted by the National and International Electronic and Printed Media. The applicant has been appointed as Special Public Prosecutor by the Government of the Punjab to prosecute the outlaws. The trial was conducted by the undersigned before the Special Judge Anti Terrorism Court . Five accused were convicted and sentenced to death penalty,five for life imprisonment and all police officers were convicted 3 year imprisonment for their negligence.

MR. JUSTICE JAVED IQBAL PARENTS KILLING CASE

On 11-01-2011, three accused namely Naveed lqbal, Muhammad Iqbal Shakir and Muhammad Amin killed parents of Mr. Justice Javeed Iqbai and a case FIR No. 49/2011 dated 11-01-2011 Under Section 302,392,34-PPC was registered at Police Station Factory Area, Lahore.The undersigned assisted the court for physical remand of bandits.

AZAM IKRAM VS. CHIEF SECRETARY PUNJAB

It is Media Highlighted case as on 23-01-2010 unfortunate accident took place between the Motor Cycle driven by Col. Ikram and a Car in which Chief Secretary, Punjab was sitting. In said accident Col. Ikram was expired and his son had filed a petition for registration of Second FIR against the Chief Secretary, Punjab.

KHAWAJA KHALIDFAROOQ VS. FEDERATION THROUGH MINISTRY OF INTERIOR OF ISLAMABAD.

A constitutional Writ Petition No. 3845/2010 was filed by Khwaja Khalid Farooq, which was fixed before His Lordship the Chief Justice, Lahore High Court Lahore, who stated in the petition it was reported that, in a Joint U.S-Pakistan Raid, Pakistani Officials have captured Five Talban Leaders :- 1- Mullah Abdul Ghani Brader, Afghan Taliban’s Senior Military Commander, trusted friend of Mullah Omar. 2- Mullah Abdul Salam,, the Taliban’s Un-Official Political Chief in Kundaz, Senior Military Commander over a large portion of Northern Afghanistan. 3- Maulvi Kabeer, the Governor of Nangahar Province East of Kabul during the Taliban Regime. 4- Mullah Muhammad of Baghlan. 5- Ammer Muawiyia Taliban’s Liaison Officers for Al-Qaida militants based Pakistan’s tribal area petitioner had made prayed as under :- To produce the detune before his Lordship the Chief Justice, Lahore High Court Lahore To conduct the investigation independently without interference of FBI to restrained the American Agencies. To interfere into the affairs of Pakistan, to restrain the Americans from escorting to detune in America.

STAE VS. CH. NAEEM (ADVOCATE

(SHAZIA MURDERED CASE) It is also a case which was Highly Highlighted in the Local and International Media as “SHAZIA MURDER CASE” Shazia was murdered who was servant of Ch. Naeem, Advocate, and Former President of Lahore Bar. On the written request of Capital City Police Officer Lahore to the Learned Prosecutor General Punjab, the undersigned was deputed with Investigating Officer for Legal Consultations.

COL. SAHBIZADA SAJJAD VS.TSTATE

(POLICE AND RANGER CASE) On 24-03-2010 unfortunate a quarrel took place between the Khalid Ahmad Constable and one Imran who is son of Director General (Ranger), a FIR was registered against the Ranger Officials regarding the abducted of Constable. The Col. Sahbizada Sajjad Ahmed and two others filed the petition for the registration of the case against the CCPO, SSP, Sps(Highly Rnaks Officers) Lahore. The undersigned represented the state in this petition in the Court of Justice of Peace as well as in the Lahore High Court Lahore.

HIGH RISING BUILDINGS CASE

A Criminal case was registered against the Director (Town Planners), Deputy Director (Town Planners) and Inspectors, due to their negligence to extent of their duties i.e so many buildings were constructed without approval of Site Plans and against the Rules and Regulations. Accused moved Pre Arrest Bail which was fixed before his Lordship the Chief Justice Lahore High Court Lahore, where the undersigned was deputed, as Deputy Prosecutor General Punjab to represent the state.

THE STAE VS SHAHBAZ SHARIF (CHIEF MINISTER PUNJAB)

Five dacoit were killed by police in an encounter, the legal heirs of theirs parents got registered a criminal case against the police official was also nominated s by the order of hon,able high court. The chief minister was also nominated in abetment. Trial was conducted in the Anti-Terrorism Court Lahore.
